Admission Criteria

  • Have difficulty establishing or maintaining interpersonal relationships.
  • Exhibit such inappropriate behavior that repeated interventions by the mental health, social services, law enforcement, or judicial system are necessary.
  • Exhibit difficulty in cognitive ability such that they are unable to recognize personal danger or significantly inappropriate behavior.
  • Require help with basic living skills, such as maintaining personal hygiene, preparing food, managing finances and/or medication management to such a degree that health or safety is jeopardized.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Individuals who are not ambulatory.
  • Individuals who have a history of violence or aggression.
  • Individuals who reside in any domiciliary care facilities, including but not limited to group homes or nursing facilities.
